This is useful for larger, heavier or oversized items that may be difficult to send by courier.
How collection works
Place your order online and select collection where available.
We’ll contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.
Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
Bring a suitable vehicle for the size of your order.
Check your item before leaving.
Collection-only items
Some products may be collection only due to size, weight or delivery restrictions.
This may include:
Shelves over 6ft
Scaffold boards over selected delivery lengths
Large table tops
Tables
Shelving units
Custom furniture
Oversized orders
Cutting service
Customers cannot cut materials on site during collection.
If you need scaffold boards, shelves or table tops cut to size, please use our cutting service or contact us before ordering.
Cross cuts are available for shortening boards to your required length.
Rip cuts may also be available depending on the board and cut required.
Cutting must be arranged before collection.
Local delivery
Local delivery may be available depending on size, weight and location.
Please contact us with your delivery postcode before ordering if you are unsure.
Vehicle guidance
Please make sure your vehicle is suitable for the item you are collecting.
Long scaffold boards, shelves and table tops may not fit in a standard car.
For larger items, a van or estate car may be required.
Collection address
Collection details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Please do not arrive without an agreed collection appointment.
