Ideal for shelves, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, studies, planters, furniture projects and small commercial interiors. Each board is selected for its character and practical use.
Approximate board sizes: unfinished boards are usually around 22.5cm wide x 3.8cm thick. Sanded and finished boards are usually around 22cm wide x 3.3cm thick. As these are reclaimed scaffold boards, sizes can vary slightly depending on the individual board, its previous use and the preparation required.
Each board carries its own history. You may see dents, small cuts, weathering, surface cracks, old fixing marks, stamped edges, colour variation or other reclaimed features. We do not use rotten or structurally damaged boards.
Our boards are generally flat and suitable for shelving and interior projects. However, slight bows, twists or movement can be present. If you need perfectly straight, uniform timber, reclaimed scaffold boards may not be the best option.
Boards can be supplied unfinished, sanded one side, sanded both sides or finished with Osmo Polyx.
Finished boards: sanded smooth and finished with multiple coats of Osmo Polyx for a durable, natural surface.
Custom cuts are also available. A cross cut is a straight cut made across the width of the board to shorten it to your required length. Cross cuts are an additional £3 per cut and can be added to your order before checkout.
A rip cut is a cut made along the length of the board to reduce the width. Rip cuts start from £3 depending on the board and cut required. Please get in touch before ordering to discuss your requirements.
Online orders are available up to 5ft due to delivery limits. UK delivery is available on selected sizes. Longer sizes are also available. Please contact us to request a quote or arrange collection/local delivery.
